• Don’t Forget about the Training Ground – One of the often-overlooked features that PUBG Mobile has is the Training Ground. This is where you can try out all of the guns, scope, ammo, etc. that you will usually find in the battle island. Trying them out will give you an idea of how each gun will work, particularly the recoil factor. If you get used to how they recoil when you fire, it already gives you an advantage when you enter the match since you will already know how to properly use whatever gun you will pick up during the match.
• Picking The Right Area To Land – One of the beginner tips in PUBG Mobile is to land on areas where you can easily find loot. These areas are usually called hotspots. And the advance strategy to that is to pick hotspots that are away from the flight path. Doing this not only ensures you will be near weapons, armor, and items, but it also increases the chances of not having to deal with many players since that hotspot is not in the flight path.
• Don’t Always Stick Together with Your Teammates – In the beginning, sticking together might be a good idea since you will have allies to watch your back in case of an ambush or someone who can revive you if you get knocked down. But as the match progresses, it’s more beneficial if you split up and go at it alone. This is based on my experience, but my survivability in the game is usually higher if I am on my own than when I am traveling within a group. This is because a group will attract more attention and becomes an easy target for more skilled players. If you’re well-geared already, traveling alone would be a good choice since it will be easier for you to hide and avoid enemies.
• An Exploded Car Can Be a Good Cover – Vehicles are a good cover in case you find yourself ambushed by other players. However, you must destroy the car first before using it as cover since you will get taken out if the car explodes while you are beside it. So if you destroy it first, it won’t get destroyed anymore, giving you a good cover against enemy ambush.
• Try To Carry a Rifle and Shotgun – Another strategy I’d like to share is to try and make sure that you carry with you a shotgun and a rifle. The reason for this is that these two weapons can prepare you for any situation you are in. A rifle has a longer range than a shotgun, allowing you to snipe enemies from afar or battle against someone who is trying to snipe you. A shotgun, on the other hand, is a powerful close-range weapon that can usually one-shot enemies if they are close enough. Having a shotgun to use in close range fights has saved me from a lot of ambushes in the game before.

• Don’t Forget about the Grenades – Though the focus of many players is to try and get the most powerful weapons on the map, remember that there are also grenades. The most common grenade you will likely pick up is frag grenades and smoke grenades. These two are going to be very useful, especially towards the latter part of the match, when the map is getting smaller. A flag grenade will allow you to easily damage a group of people without shooting at them. So if you see several players close to each other, you can easily take them out with your flag grenade. A smoke grenade can be used as a diversion if you need to escape. You can even use it if you want to ambush other players or protect a teammate that you will revive.

• Always be aware of Where the Blue Circle is – The blue circle can be a death sentence, especially if you are caught up in it as it's shrinking the map since it's going to be hard to get out of it. So you will need to always be aware of where it is already and how close you are to it. You can even try to use a strategy where you will camp out near the edge of the circle and try to kill players who are trying to run away from it. Just be aware of how close you are to the circle since you don’t want to get caught up in it just to get a kill.
